Step up to the mic and celebrate 50 years of Hip Hop at the Bronx Library Center!

The Bronx Library Center is hosting an Open Mic night to highlight the 50th anniversary of Hip-Hop featuring Uptown Melody. All levels of experience and performances are welcomed. Whether you’re into poetry, comedy, spoken word, singing or freestyle rap, all are encouraged to participate in this event. Come share your love for the genre as we celebrate the history of Hip-Hop, and discuss the Bronx’s place in Hip Hop’s history 💯
